EU Inc (the 28th regime) · 2026/0074(COD)
Supports a faster, digital incorporation process but wants to eliminate notary delays and high costs for capital increases.
Allow company registration and capital increases to be done fully online with digital signatures to avoid delays caused by notary appointments.
“They created 0 value and only had downsides. They were: - speed / delay: ... something that could have been a digital signature, and done in a couple of minutes, took months.”

Reduce or eliminate high notary fees associated with capital increases to lower costs for startups relying on venture capital funding.
“- cost: we paid 50k alone to the notary. That is 2.5% of our total funding! A lot of money, we could have used to make our product better or hire someone.”

Open source underneath
WhoShapedIt is a thin layer on open-source packages. Star them, fork them, build your own micro.
Open-source context and state for AI: it keeps only what matters for the question.
In WhoShapedIt: Reads every lobby submission and position paper and each official text, cut into passages, and judges each passage against nine questions (who can use EU Inc, workers on the board, tax…), so every ask and every step is read on the passages that address it.
Open-source Svelte components for clean, accessible interfaces.
In WhoShapedIt: The status, the timeline, the theme picker, the camps of lobbies and the organisation pages.
